The Kosciusko Fire Department conducted one of its many continuing education classes the morning. Captain Gant instructed firefighters on the use of the Jaws of Life. The training took place at the Sims Metal Management next door to the station. They donated three vehicles this week to KFD. Properly used, the Jaws of Life has saved thousands of lives through out the county by enabling emergency personnel to free trapped patient at accident scenes. Kosciusko Online was asked if we would like to come out and take some video of their class to share with our readers.
